인지진단모형을 활용한 맞춤형 학습경로 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 인지진단모형의 일반화 모형인 LCDM을 활용하여 자료를 분석한 결과를 토대로 인지요소들의 위계구조와 학생 특성에 따른 맞춤형 학습경로를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 TIMSS2007수학검사 중 수 영역에 해당하는 14개 문항의 피험자 응답 자료를 LCDM으로 분석하였고 이때 진단적 준거설정 방법으로 산출한 응답확률을 LCDM 모수의 초기값으로 활용하여 더욱 정확한 모수를 추정하고자 하였다. 또한 분석 결과를 이용하여 파악한 인지요소 위계구조와 피험자들의 숙달 프로파일과 IRT능력모수 비교 분석을 통해 학생들의 특성에 적합한 맞춤형 학습경로를 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 진단적 준거설정 방법으로 예측한 잠재집단별 응답확률을 LCDM 문항모수의 초기값으로 지정하여 통계 프로그램 실행 시간 단축 및 모형 적합도와 수렴가능성을 높였고, 인지진단모형을 적용하여 직접적으로 교수·학습 방법으로 활용될 수 있는 학습자 특성별 맞춤형 학습경로를 제시함으로써 인지진단모형의 효용가치와 적용가능성을 높였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze attribute hierarchy and learning pathway effective order of attribute mastery as pet mastery profile. As an analysis method for this, first, 22 specialists of math education constituted a standard setting group, who predicted the students" performance as pet the latent class for 14 questions in a TIMSS 2007 number domain. It can be applicared as an initial value for the LCDM item parameter for statistical analysis. LCDM parameter and IRT parameter were compared and analyzed to confirm if some attribute was mastered in addition as per mastery profile and ability parameter could be effectively enhanced. Considering learning paths as pet mastery profile based on attribute hierarchy, effective order of attribute mastery as pet mastery profile, and math subject specialist council, for students' ability improvement in the number domain. There were two findings First, the diagnostic standard setting method has a great value in that a time for computer program execution may be shortened and model fir together with convergence possibility may be enhanced by designating response probability as per the latent class for each item as predicted by a diagnostic standard setting method as an initial value for the LCDM item parameter for statistical analysis Secondly, utility and application possibility have been enhanced through learning pathways tailored to learners' traits along with cognitive diagnostic scoring report that may be utilized directly as reaching and learning method.
