국문 초록

본 상담사례 연구는 부모의 재혼을 경험한 한부모가정 청소년 상담사례로 재혼가정자녀의 정서적 심리적 지원체계의 중요성과 그에 준하는 상담과정을 통해 한부모가정 아동 청소년의 어려움을 돕고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 상담소를 내방한 청소년을 대상으로 매주 1회 1시간 30분씩 약 5개월 동안 상담하였다. 내담자는 부모의 재혼으로 인해 심리ㆍ정서적 어려움을 겪고 있었고, 이로 인해 신체적, 정서적인 장애를 겪고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 미술치료 접근에 의한 지지적 역동상담(Psycho Dynamic)으로 공감, 적극적 지지, 통찰을 통한 이해, 수용, 인정 등 긍정적 대처자원을 개발하고, 원만한 대인관계 형성을 촉진하여 이후 내담자의 학교생활과 또래관계에 적절히 대처할 수 있도록 교정적 정서체험의 기회를 제공했다. 이를 통해 내담자는 자신의 현 상황을 이해하고 수용하게 되는 등 자존감의 향상을 보였다.

영문 초록

The present counseling case study is a counseling case of single parent family's teenagers experiencing remarriage of parents, aims to examine the importance of an emotional and psychological support system of remarried family's children and to help difficulty of single parent family's teenagers through a counseling process conforming to it, For this, the present research has counseled for one hour 30 minutes with teenagers visiting an advice office one time every week for around 5 months. Counselees(teenagers) were experiencing psychologicalㆍemotional difficulties due to remarriage of parents, and were experiencing physical and emotional obstacles due to this. Accordingly, the present research develops positive coping resources such as understanding, acceptance and recognition, etc. through supportive psycho dynamic counseling by approach of art therapy, and provided an opportunity of corrective emotional experience so that counselees can properly cope with school life and peers relations hereinafter by promoting their smooth interpersonal relationship Through this, counselees showed improvement of self-esteem such as understanding and accepting their own present situations, etc.
