국문 초록

해저 광케이블 공사는 해양조사, PLGR(Pre Lay Grapnel Run), 천해부공사, 포설/매설 순서로 이루어진다. PLGR은 해저 광케이블 매설전에 루트상의 해양 오염물(로프, 와이어, 그물, 어망 등)을 사전에 제거하는 작업이다. 이러한 PLGR은 케이블의 해저면 안착을 용이하게 하고, Plough 및 ROV(Remotely-Operated Vehicle) 매실작업의 성능을 향상시키며, 매설장비를 보호하기 위한 작업이다. 본 논문은 해저 광케이블 건설 작업 중에서 PLGR 작업을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 실시간 모니터링 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해서 논한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 전체적인 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고, 시리얼 멀티포트 통신 모듈, 실시간 처리 모듈, 환경 설정 모듈, 그리고 그래프 및 프린터 출력 모듈을 설계 및 구현하였다. 끝으로 본 논문의 타당성 검토를 위하여 시리얼 멀티포트 통신, 실시간 데이터 추출, 그래프 출력을 실험하였다.

영문 초록

Submarine optical fiber cable construction consists of marine survey, PLGR(Pre Lay Grapnel Run), shore-end-work, laying order. PLGR is the work process which removes the oceanic contaminations(ropes, wires, nets etc) in the route before laying the submarine optical cable. This PLGR is work to ease the cable lay safely in seabed, improve the performance af Plough and ROV(Remotely-Operated Vehicle) laying work, and protect laying equipment. This paper presents the design and implementation of real-time monitoring system for PLGR work in submarine optical fiber cable construction enterprise. In this paper, we designe overall real-time monitoring system. For this purpose, the modules such as serial multi port communication module, communication module, real-time processing module, environment configuration module, real-time graph and a printout module are designed and implemented. For the validity evaluation of this paper, serial multi port communication module, data parsing, realtime graph output are implemented and tested.
