RRP진열선반 규격이 팔레트 적재효율에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대형마트의 RRP 진열선반의 규격이 팔레트(T-11형)와의 정합성을 향상시킬 수 있는지에 대하여 연구하였다. 조사된 진열선반 최소깊이 45가지 규격과 KST 1002의 포장모듈치수 일람표에 나와 있는 69가지 규격 중 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 규격으로 세분화하여 분석해본 결과 진열선반 안쪽으로 2박스까지 정합성이 있다고 판단되는 진열선반 최소깊이의 규격은 총 32개로 나타났다. 또한 T-11형 팔레트와의 정합성은 박스의 길이에 해당하는 RRP 진열선반의 깊이 뿐만 아니라 RRP 진열선반의 길이에 해당하는 박스의 폭이 필수요건이기에 RRP 케이스 진열을 선반 끝에 맞춰서 전개하되 RRP의 폭을 결정할 때에도 길이와 마찬가지로 KST 1002의 표준화된 규격을 고려할 경우 팔레트와의 정합성이 최대가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 RRP 진열선반의 요건(진열선반의 최소깊이 표준화)이 갖추어졌다고 해도 RRP 케이스 폭의 결정은 자사 매장의 여건을 고려하여 매장내 담당자들의 판단에 의해 이루어지고 있으므로, RRP디자인 담당자들이 RRP진열선반의 규격과 공급사와의 물류효율화 관점을 고려한 접근이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is find the way to improve dimensional compatibility between the dimension of a discount stores’ RRP display shelves and a T-11 type pallet. As a result of analyzing the size of pallets in 1/2, 1/3, and 1/4 sizes among 45 display shelves with a minimum depth were found through field observations and a total of 69 sizes indicated on KSA 1002 Package Size Table, the total number of display shelves with minimum depth with compatibility up to 2 boxes within the shelves was 32. Also, not only RRP display shelves’ depth equivalent to the box’s length (L), but also the box’s width equivalent RRP display’s length is essential for the compatibility with a T-11 type pallet. It was understood that the pallet’s dimensional compatibility could be maximized by assembling RRP case shelves through adjusting the end of the shelves and considering the standardized KSA 1002 size upon RRP’s width, like length. Although RRP display shelves satisfy the necessary requirements (a display shelf’s standardization in a minimum depth), since staff in charge of managing RRP display shelves usually makes a decision on the width of RRP cases based on their own judgment, it was suggested that it is necessary to come to an approach that considers both the size of RRP display shelves and the perspective of distribution efficiency with suppliers.
