인지조절능력과 학업성취의 종단관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단연구(Korea Education Longitudinal Study, KELS) 자료를 이용하여 자기조절학습 변인 중 하나인 인지조절능력과 학업성취 두 변인 간의 종단적 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 자기회귀교차지연모형(autoregressive crosslagged model)을 적용하여 분석한 결과, 학업성취가 인지조절능력에 미치는 영향은 모든 경로에서 유의미하였으나 인지조절능력이 학업성취에 미치는 영향은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이러한 두 변인 간의 관계성에 남녀 성별 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 다집단 분석을 실시한 결과, 남녀 집단 간에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 잠재성장모형(Latent Growth Model) 분석을 통해 학업성취 초기치는 인지조절능력 초기치와 변화율에 영향을 주었고 학업성취 변화율이 높을수록 인지조절능력 변화율도 높았음을 알 수 있었다. 끝으로 본 연구결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 제한점을 지적하고 후속연구에 대해 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study used the Autoregressive Cross-Lagged Model and the Latent Growth Model. Autoregressive Cross-Lagged Model(ARCL) using the data from the Korea Education Longitudinal Study(KELS) to examine the longitudinal relationship between cognitive strategies of self-regulated learning and academic achievement. ARCL Results show that academic achievement influenced cognitive strategies but cognitive strategies did not influence academic achievement. Multigroup comparisons show that no gender differences were found. LGM Results show that the initial level of academic achievement influenced the rate of change and initial level of cognitive strategies. Also, LGM Results show that the slope of change of academic achievement influenced the slope of change of cognitive strategies. Finally, the implication derived from the results, the limitation of this study, and suggestion for following studies, were presented.
