화력발전소 근무자의 직무요구가 직무열의와 직무소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 화력발전소 근무자들의 직무열의, 직무소진, 직무요구, 효능감 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 통상근무자와 교대근무자가 직급에 따라 직무열의와 직무소진의 차이가 나타나는지 밝혀보고자 하였다. 더 나아가 이들 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 집단효능감의 매개효과를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 화력발전소 근무자 460명을 대상으로 직무열의, 직무소진, 직무요구, 자기효능감, 집단효능감 척도를 사용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 근무형태, 직급, 직무열의, 직무소진, 직무요구, 자기효능감, 집단효능감 간에 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 근무형태와 직급에 따라 직무열의와 직무소진에 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 직무요구와 직무열의 및 직무소진에서 자기효능감과 집단효능감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 발전소 근무자에 대한 시사점을 논하였다.

영문 초록

This study examines the relationship between job engagement job burnout and job demands of thermal powerplant workers. In order to investigate the difference on the level of job engagement & burnout of shift workers & regular workers as per job position. Also, it studies the mediating effect of self-efficacy and collective-efficacy. We carried out a survey of 460 thermal powerplant workers measuring job engagement, burnout, demands, self-efficacy and collective-efficacy. The result was as the following; First, there was the meaningful correlation between working type, the job position, job engagement, burnout and demands and also efficacy. Second, it showed the difference on job engagement and burnout as per working type and job position. Third, there was the mediating effects of self and collective-efficacy on job demands, engagement and burnout. Based on these results, this article discussed the significance and the implication for thermal powerplant workers.
