영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to show the new alternative for raising a competitive price and the revitalization of the small & medium distribution industry. That is to construct Public Wholesale Distribution Center(PWDC) which is a type of physical distribution cooperation. For the purpose, we carried out the environment analysis in the small and medium distribution industry and the analysis on the direction of PWDC development. The expectation effects are as follows. First of all, it is able to improve the price competitive power and to realize the scale of economic through the public purchasing & selling actives. Secondly, it is possible to reduce the distribution cost and supply stably products by installing the distribution information system. Thirdly, contributes to the income increase of small retailers. Finally, it is to revitalize regional economy and to create value added product by treating local specialities.
