영문 초록

This paper is supposed to present the plan for activation scheme of TPL(Third Party Logistics) as a way of settlement of chronic high logistics cost. Currently, TPL in Korea is in the level of crossing the threshold introducing it to practical business affairs. Therefore, we must activate the TPL for rationalization and advancement. First, consignors need to change of recognition that high-degree of efficiency is one of the core factors influencing upon the competitiveness of enterprise. Second, TPL enterprises which are logistics service suppliers have to get confidence from consignors and need investment, efforts for low price, high-quality logistics service. Third, government party is in need of intervention and role in some degree under the circumstances of the impossible abiogenesis development. Therefore, coming to a conclusion, if the parties concerned take the responsibility for activation of TPL, we can settle the chronic high logistics cost problem. Especially, TPL enterprises get out of the center of suppliers and should offer the low cost, high-quality logistics service.
