영문 초록

This study focuses on Social Reformation Leadership of Uchimura Ganzo about Japan in the early twentieth century. Uchimura Ganzo tried to transform from corruption of Japan society to social reformation of Japan. Uchimura Ganzo have abjectly experienced so many process in the Japan society. He thought that christian have overcame difficult situations from social reformation. First, the individual greed and sin should be won not power of human being, but power and faith of Jesus Christ. The leadership of society Korea must change from corruption of morality in Korea. Second, social reformation focuses on practical act of believe and charity and sharing from faith of Christian. Moreover, it can be get possible evangelism and proclaim in practice of believe. Third, Uchimura Ganzo focused the Christian faith and love of Jesus Christ which the Bible teaches. From this point of view, he saw what Japan should do in the world, pointed out its problems and led Japan with insights of Jesus Christ. Therefore, The leadership of Korea society should be overcome from Christian leadership; such as social reformation of Uchimura Ganzo. The leadership of Korea society needs peaceful leadership of morality, citizen leadership of nonpossession value-view, incarnation leadership, servant leadership, and flexible leadership of changing in the future.
