고성과 기업 판별을 위한 공급망 품질경영 프로세스 분석 연구

국문 초록

최근 들어 공급사슬상의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위한 주요한 요인으로 TQM, Six Sigma와 같이 공급망 품질경영에 대한 논의가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 현재까지의 논의는 공급망 품질경영의 필요성과 중요성 및 성과에 미치는 직접적, 간접적 영향력을 분석한 수준에 머무른다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급망 품질경영 모델을 활용하여 7가지 세부 프로세스별로 고성과, 중성과, 저성과 모기업을 분류해 이들을 비교 분석하고 핵심적 프로세스를 도출하여, 향후 공급망 품질경영을 추진하고자 하는 기업의 성과를 미리 예측해 보고자 하였다. 또한, 7가지 프로세스로 이뤄진 분류함수를 도출해 고성과 기업의 특징을 파악하고자 한다. 분석 자료로는 한국표준협회의 제 4차 공급망 품질경영 활동 결과자료를 활용하였고, 분석방법으로는 군집분석과 판별분석을 이용하였다. 분석결과 고성과 기업의 경우 품질 프로세스 중 커뮤니케이션즈 프로세스와 지원 프로세스 및 성과공유 프로세스가 높은 영향력을 발휘하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is that cluster and discrimination of high performance companies which are conducting the Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) with their subcontractors and partners. Korean Standards Association(KSA) provides the Supply Chain Quality Management Model and Quality Collaboration Index for 4 years, but a few study has suggested the critical factors for SCQM and their causal linkages to organizational performance. In addition, most of them are limited studies which are focused on the relationship between the SCQM practice and corporate performance or the efforts of searching for core factors between the two in this research field. Therefore we examine the SCQM model and index and choose the seven processes for classifying the high, medium and low organizational performance companies. Cluster analysis and Discrimination analysis are used for determining which characteristics of the processes are the most critical factors giving the insight. The data was collected from KSA and composed of QCI Index of 52 companies and 346 their partners. The findings are the communication, support and profit sharing process have an influence on the high performance companies. The empirical results presented could be used to improve the management supply chain quality management.
