국문 초록

현행의 여러 투자이론들은 실물과 금융의 결합 속에서 투자가 결정되는 메커니즘을 결여하고 있어서 경기침체와 금융위기의 발생을 설명하기에 충분하지 못하다. 그러나 케인스는 화폐적 생산이론의 기초로서 실물과 금융의 상호작용 속에서 발생하는 투자 행태를 그의 『화폐론』, 『일반이론』, 『일반이론』 이후의 여러 논문들에서 설명한 바 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 케인스의 저작 속에 나타나는 투자행태를 결합하여 새롭게 체계화된 투자모형을 제시한다. 이 투자모형은 투자의사 결정과 투자자금조달에 금융부문의 가격과 수량변수가 크게 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다. 이 모형은 또한 실물과 금융의 상호작용 속에서 금융위기와 경기침체가 어떻게 발생하는지를 설명함으로써 화폐적 생산이론 구축의 기초가 되는 투자이론으로 발전될 수 있다.

영문 초록

Orthodox investment theories lack the mechanism that determines investment behavior in interaction between the real and the financial sector. Therefor, these investment theories could not explain the simultaneous development of financial crisis and economic slump satisfactorily. However, Keynes had tried to elaborated the investment behavior that develops in interaction between the real and the financial sector, which would be the basis of the monetary theory of production. This paper suggests the investment behavior model that combine and realign the factors which Keynes mentioned as the determinants of investment in his various writings. The investment model can show that the price and quantity variables in the financial sector influence significantly on investment decision and investment finance. Thus, it may also contribute to the construction of the monetary theory of production that can explain the simultaneous development of financial crisis and economic slump.
