국문 초록

본 연구는 교내 현장실습 환경에서 자기결정 학습모형 중재로 전공과 정신지체 학생들의 화초 가꾸기, 스팀세차 그리고 판매원 직무수행 행동에 대한 작업수행율 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 자료처리는 McGlashing-Johnson, Agran, Sitlington, Cavin, & Wehmeyer(2003)가 작업수행 강화를 위해 사용한 ‘과제분석’을 연구자가 연구 목적에 부합되게 수정․보완한「종목별 작업수행평가표」에 의거하여 측정하였다. 설계는 학생간 중다 기초선 설계방법을 이용하여 중재의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 교내 현장실습환경에서 연구대상학생 모두가 화초 가꾸기, 스팀세차 그리고 판매원 직무하기에서 작업수행율을 향상시키는데 효과적이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-determination learning model of instruction(SDLMI) on the job performance behavior for students with mental retardation in vocational training. The effects of model on job performance of gardening, car washing, and sales clerk at special school for students with mental retardation examined. Multiple baseline design across subjects were utilized as a research design. The results were as follows: First, after the intervention of SDLMI, student's job performance were improved. All three students showed increase in their job performance and the results were maintained during 2 weeks of maintain period. Job performance were maintains across all students. All three students maintained job performance rate until two weeks later. Second, After the intervention of SDLMI, all three students reached the GAS goal which they set themselves for their work. Goal attainment scales(GAS) showed that student's job performance were exceeded the expectation goals for themselves. In conclusion, this study showed that Self-Determination Learning Model of Instruction were effective improving students' work performance and GAS.
