유아의 창의성과 자아개념과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 창의성 발달과 자아개념 발달의 결정적 시기에 있는 유아를 대상으로 유아의 창의성과 자아개념과의 관계를 규명해 보고 창의성과 자아개념 계발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하려는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 광주광역시의 어린이집과 유치원에 다니는 만 5세아 150명을 대상으로 전경원(2000)의 유아 도형 창의성 검사(K-FCTYC)와 이경화, 고진영(2003)의 ‘유아용 자아개념 검사’를 실시하고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여, Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하여 분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 창의성과 자아개념의 상관관계는 읽기자아, 수학자아, 신체자아, 친구관계 자아, 부모관계 자아, 일반자아에서 전체적으로 유의미한 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 도형 창의성 하위요인 유창성, 독창성, 개방성, 민감성과 자아개념 하위요인 읽기와의 관계에서는 창의성 하위요인 모든 영역이 자아개념과 상관관계가 높게 나타났다. 셋째 창의성 하위요인 중 민감성이 높은 유아는 읽기자아, 수학자아, 신체자아, 친구관계, 부모관계, 일반자아가 모든 영역에서 상관관계가 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between creativity and self-concept and utilize the results for the basic reference to develop creativity and self-concept. First, the interrelation of creativity and self-concept of the infant showed generally the relationship of consideration in reading self, mathematics self, physical self, friendship self, parenthood self, general self. Second, in relationship between the subordinate factor of figure creativity such as fluency, creativity, openness, sensibility and reading and mathematics as the subordinate factor of self-concept, all fields of the creativity subordinate factor was highly related with the self-concept. Third, in relationship between the subordinate factor of figure creativity such as fluency, creativity, openness, sensibility and the body as the subordinate factor of self-concept, the body had little to do with fluency, creativity, openness but it was highly related with sensibility. Forth, in relationship between the subordinate factor of figure creativity such as fluency, creativity, openness, sensibility and the friendship and the parenthood as the subordinate factor of self-concept, it showed that the friendship was also highly related with sensibility rather than other factors. The subjects of this study were involved 150 children under 5 years old who are attending kindergartens in Gwangju. It used “The Test of Figure Creativity of the Infant and K-FCTYC(Jeon, Kyung-won, 1997)” and “The Test of Self-Concept for the Infant(Lee, Kyung-hwa, Go, Jin-young, 2003)” to collect of the data. The SPSS 12.0 program was used to gather a statistics of the data and The data were analyzed by one-way of Pearson.
