영문 초록

The English language is spoken or read by a large number of people throughout the world. for historical, political and economic reasons. For this reason, English is known as the universal language. This thesis specifically discusses the differences between British language and American language. The purpose of comparing the literary style, words. spelling. pronunciation. intonation. and grammar is to understand fully the differences between the British and the American forms of English. Comparison between the British English and the American English will reveal differences of both languages. To consider the comparisons between the British English and the American English is most appropriate for gaining insight into the historical processes of the American and British Language.
