국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 기업들이 지적자본을 관리하기 위한 도구로써, 지적자본 측정모형과 그 측정지표들을 설계하고 검증하는데 있다. 선행연구들을 기초로 하여 지적자본을 인적자본, 구조적 자본, 혁신자본, 그리고 고객자본으로 분류하고, 각 개별자본을 구성하는 측정지표들을 도출하여 그 타당성을 검증하고, 각 개별자본들 사이의 관계성을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 개별기업이 지적자본 측정모형을 설계하고 활용하는 프로세스를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 그 연구대상을 다양한 기업이 아닌 한 개 기업 전체 인원을 대상으로 하여 조사할 계획이며, 여기서 얻어진 측정지표의 정량화를 꾀함으로써 일회성이 아닌 시간의 흐름에 따른 지적자본의 변화를 확인하고 예측할 수 있는 기초를 닦고자 함에 있다.

영문 초록

As the society of knowledge becomes, Intellectual capital can be thought of as the knowledge-based equity of a company. IC management has already become the core of the management in the knowledge economy era. Substantial differences often exist between the market and book values of companies. Many of these differences can explained by intellectual capital assets not recognized in company balance-sheets. The purpose of this paper is to design a measurement model and a qualitative index system of Intellectual Capital, so as to apply a good tool for companies to manage their IC valuation. Based on a review of several IC measurement models proposed by researchers, we will test a korean company for interactive relationship between the four elements of IC which is composed of human capital, structural capital, innovation capital and customer capital. The primary goal of much of this paper is to establish a set of guidelines for managing and reporting on intellectual capital.
