국문 초록

이 연구에서는 대학부설 평생교육원 활성화 사업 중 `학습비 지원사업`을 중심으로 이 사업의 2차년도인 2009년의 성과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서, 유현숙 외5인(2006)이 제시한 성과분석 준거인 `효과성`에 근거하여 참여 프로그램 관련 변인들에 대한 학습자들의 반응을 통해 학습비 지원사업의 성과를 분석하고자 하였다. 총 623명의 학습비 지원사업의 수혜자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, `학습비 지원사업`은 지역사회 내 사회적 배제 집단에 고등교육 수준의 학습기회를 성공적으로 제공하였다. 둘째, 경력계획, 교육내용, 자신감, 교육시간, 프로그램활용, 강사 등이 참여자들이 인식하는 프로그램성과에 영향을 미쳤던 주요한 변인들이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of the activation project of the centers for continuing education affiliated with universities. This study focused on the effectiveness of the tuition fee support project conducted in 2009 that was one of the three projects comprised of the major project. To achieve the research goal, this study used Yoo et al. (2006)`s `effectiveness` criteria for the project performance evaluation. This study collected data from 623 adult learners who received the tuition fee support and took part in the programs. Frequency analysis, independent two samples t-tests, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. This study has drawn two significant conclusions: First, the project of tuition fee support conducted in 2009 was successful in that the project provided quality learning opportunities for marginal groups in the community and the participants evaluated it fairly positively. Second, the participants perceived `career planning`, `educational contents`, `self-confidence`, `lesson time`, `program utilization`, and `instructor` were the major variables that influenced the program result.
