국문 초록

The commercial Banks should assume the low-carbon environmental responsibilities according to its own characteristics, as well as the domestic and international factors. The main contents of the low-carbon environmental responsibilities for the commercial banks is to develop the low-carbon finance and to undertake the due diligence in course of the examination of low-carbon environmental elements about the project. To ensure the commercial banks to implement low-carbon environmental responsibilities, the most important thing is to improve the internal and external environments for financial ecology. The internal mainly includes institution setting, staffing and policy transformation. The external chiefly refer to playing field, unifying the international and domestic and industrial standards, and avoiding the commercial Banks from the unfair competition in low-carbon environmental fields, and at the same time, we should pay full attention to supervision from the non-governmental organizations.
