국문 초록

e-learning이 기업교육 및 학교교육에 확산되면서 유통물류교육에서도 그 이용이 확산되고 있다. 다양한 학습동기를 갖고 사이버대학의 유통물류교육에서 학습동기를 충족시켜 학습 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 수업운영전략을 마련하여야 한다. 유통물류교육, 학습동기 및 학습 만족도에 대한 선행연구와 이론적 고찰을 통하여 학습지향, 목표지향 및 활동지향이라는 학습동기 요인을 도출하고, e-learning 방식에 의한 유통물류교육에서 학습동기가 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 유통물류교육의 학습성과를 향상시키기 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 사이버대학에서 유통물류교과목을 수강하는 학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 요인분석, 신뢰성분성, 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학습지향과 목표지향 요인은 학습 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 활동지향은 학습 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

E-learning has been increased in distribution and logistics education with the enlargement of online education in enterprise and school. The researches related to distribution and logistics education have achieved in focus on the implications and the curriculums for training of an expert on distribution and logistics. So it is necessary to improve the efficiency of distribution and logistics education by the application of the pedagogical research methodologies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influences of learning motivation on learning satisfaction and to suggest the implications for the improvement of learning performance in distribution and logistics education by e-learning. For the analysis of the influences of learning motivation on learning satisfaction, regression analysis was performed. The result of this study revealed that learning-oriented and goal-oriented had a significant effect on learning satisfaction. However, activity-oriented had no significant effect on learning satisfaction in distribution and logistics education by e-learning.
