북.중간 역사적 혈맹 관계 고찰

국문 초록

북.중 양국은 국.공내전시기에 북한은 중국을 지원하여 중국공산당정권수럽에 크게 기여하였다. 6. 25한국전쟁시기에는 중국공산당군이 참전히여 멸망에 이른 북한을 미국세력으로부터 구해 냈다. 전후복구시기에도 중국공산당정권은 북한을 지원하여 북한정권 안정에 크게 기여하였다 북.중 양측은 부정적 관계도 많았다. 문화혁명 시 중국은 김일성을 수정주의라고 비난하여 양국이 한동안 소원한 관계를 가진바 있으며 각종테러를 감행하여 후견자인 중국을 곤란하게도 만들었다. 한.중 수교시는 북한이 중국을 배신자라고 하는 등 관계가 극도로 악화된 바도 있다. 그러나 이러한 부정적 요소는 양측의 전통적 혈맹우호관계를 단절시키지 못하였다. 패권의 중심에 있다고 할 수 있는 중국으로서는 비록 북한 정권이 도발적 독재정권이고 핵을 보유한다고 하여도 한반도가 경쟁세력인 미국과 친미세력에 지배되는 것을 용인할 수 없다，북.중은 현재까지도 북.중 우호.협조 및 호상조약을 유지하면서 북한이 테러와 핵으로 동북아 평화를 위협하여도 여전히 혈맹 관계를 유지하고 있으며 향후에도 양국우호관계는 이어갈 것으로 보여 한국주도의 한반도 통일의 저해 요소가 될 것으로 전망되고 있다.

영문 초록

Both North Korea and China made a great contribution in establishing Chinese Communist Government by North Korea supporting China. During the Korean War on June 25th, Chinese communist soldiers took a part and saved the almost-collapsed-North Korea from the America. Even during the restoration period following the war, the Chinese communist government played an important role in stabilizing the political power of North Korea with a lot of support. In contrast, the two countries went through negative relationships as well. During the Cultural Revolution, Chinese criticized Kim, il Sung and called him a revisionist which \ed the countries having unfriendly relationships. North Korea also took a decisive action regarding the Aung San Terror, and put China, the great patron, into trouble. In fact, the relationship between those countries went dramatically bad when North Korea called China “" the betrayer" while establishing the diplomatic ties between the two. Nevertheless, these negative factors could not seize the solid alliance amity which had been run for such a long time. China ， approaching close to the center of the imperialism, cannot tolerate Korea under the control of its rival, the States and by other US friendly nations even if the North Korean government is affirmative about communism and owns a nuclear bomb. North Korea and China still maintain the amity, collaboration, and reciprocal treaty with each other. Despite the fact that North Korea threatens the peace in Northeast Asia with the nuclear bomb experiments, both countries remain solid alliance towards one another. Furthermore, their amicable relationships seem to retain in the future which will act as an impediment factor in reunification of Korea.
