국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지사들의 변화된 직무내용을 분석하고, 이에 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 실천기술을 개발하기 위해 다양한 실천 활동이 이루어지고 있는 지역사회복지관을 대상으로 변화하는 복지환경 속에서 요구되고 있는 바람직한 과업내용이나 직무요소를 실증적으로 분석하고 공통적인 핵심직무요소를 추출하여 실천기술과의 관계성을 구명함으로써 효과적인 직무체계와 사회복지교육의 변화에 필요한 이론적․실무적인 시사점을 찾는데 연구의 주안점을 두었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 기존의 사회복지사들의 수행직무와 관련된 연구의 한계를 극복하고 현장성을 반영하여 효과적인 직무수행에 필요한 구체적인 실천기술과 지역사회복지관의 정체성을 확립할 수 있는 단서를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. 그리고 실증분석에 필요한 자료는 우편이나 전자메일 또는 직접방문을 통한 설문조사방식으로 수집되었으며 분석에 사용된 통계기법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석, 일원분산분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석 등이다. 본 연구는 사회복지사들의 효과적인 직무수행에 필요한 새로운 실천기술과 지식을 정립하고, 사회복지사들의 교육훈련이나 지역복지관 운영의 효율성 제고 및 합리적인 직무관리의 지침을 마련할 수 있는 단서를 제공하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study emphasizes on seeking theoretical and practical implications necessary for effective duty systems and changes in social welfare education by analyzing changed social workers' duties and examining the relationship in practical techniques through analyzing practically appropriate duties or the elements of duties needed in changing welfare environments for local social welfare centers that provide a variety of practical activities and extracting the key common elements of duties in order to analyze the changed duties of social workers and develop practical techniques to respond effectively. It is considered that the results of this study provides a clue to establish detailed practical techniques needed to perform one's duties effectively and the identity of community social welfare centers by overcoming the limitation of studies related to duty performance of existing social workers and reflecting practical fields. Additionally, the data for practical analysis were collected through mail, e-mail, or a door to door survey and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and etc were applied for statistical techniques in analysis. It is meaningful that this study established new practical techniques and knowledge needed for social workers' effective duty performance and provided a clue to prepare guidelines for educational training for social workers, the effective operation for community welfare centers, and reasonable duty management.
