교육실습제도 개선에 관한 인식 및 요구 조사

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사들의 실습 전·후 인식변화를 통해 교육실습 실태와 예비교사들의 요구를 조사해 봄으로써 교육실습의 체계적인 운영에 도움을 주고，교육실습의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 "교육행정 및 교육경영"，"교육방법 및 교육공학", "교육실습" 과목을 수강하는 서울，경기，강원지역의 예비교사들을 대상으로 교육실습 전·후 2차례에 걸쳐 인식 및 요구조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 교육실습 관련 4개 영역(교육실습제도의 운영 측면，교육실습 목적과 준비도 측면， 교직 및 교육실습 교육과정의 유용성 측면，교육실습에 대한 개선 및 요구 측면)의 25개 문항으로 구성되었다. 예비교사들의 교육실습 전·후 인식 변화를 측정하고 실제적 요구를 파악하기 위해 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 각 항목별로 빈도분석과 t-test, x²검증이 활용되었다. 분석결과 예비교사들은 ① 교육실습제도의 운영의 측면에서 교육실습기간의 연장과 교육실습 배당학점의 증가를，② 교육실습의 목적과 준비도 측면에서 교육과정과 운영에 있어 대학과 실습학교간 긴밀한 연계와 효과적인 협업을，③ 교직 및 교육실습교육과정의 유용성 측면에서 이론교육못지않게 실제적인 지식과 기술(skill)에 대한 교육 둥을 요구하고 있었다. 이러한 요구들을 바탕으로 볼 때，현재의 교육실습프로그램은 많은 개선요구들이 존재하고 있으며，장기적인 관점에서 대학에서의 이론교육과 현장에서의 실습교육이 보다 긴밀하게 연계되고，현재보다는 좀 더 체계적인 교육실습프로그램이 개발되고 운영될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the current condition of teaching practicum by considering the change in the perception of pre-service teachers before and after the practice, and furthermore, investigate into their needs, which aims to ensure and stimulate systematic operation of teaching practicum. This study has four issues of research: (1) it is as to whether there is any change in the perception of pre-service teachers before and after the practice from the perspective of the operation of teaching practicum system, (2) it is as to whether there is any change in the perception of pre-service teachers before and after the practice in relation to the achievement of goal and readiness of the teaching practicum system, (3) it is as to whether there is any change in the perception of pre-service teachers before and after the practice in relation to the usefulness of a course of study for the teaching profession and teaching practicum, (4) it is as to whether there is any aspect to improvements or needs for improvement from the standpoint of systematic operation and stimulation of teaching practicum. To determine the aforesaid, the conclusion was drawn by conducting the survey twice before and after the practice based on Questionnaires.
