영문 초록

The purpose for the government of China to enact anti-monopoly intends to improve the quality of economy by dissolving administrative monopoly of government-owned enterprises and establishing competitive systems of market as members of WTO. Even though enacting the bill, however, if the government of China puts off renovating state-owned enterprises as the cause of public interests, the enterprises will be able to cause a acute situation of economic development sooner or later. When enacting regulations, the government of China will have to consider this more carefully. Korean enterprises need to see the passage of the bill of anti-monopoly in a new light concerning business strategies of China and serve it as a turning point of establishing new strategies. Corporate policy of China is accelerating conversion of the inducement of foreign capital into of the equitable competition. It is obvious that this trend is irresistible one. All enterprises all over the world as well as Korean enterprises have to recognize this change. When these enterprises make inroads into the Chinese markets, they have to compete with the competitive edge and righteous management rather than reliance on preferences.
