영문 초록

To decide the location of urban facilities with the conflicts stake holders addressed, spatial characteristics and importances are deliberated, and effective decisions making processes secured. Recent location analyses on public facilities tend to have their basis on MCDM model integrated with GIS processing for the effective location selection process and result. The present study is on the same lines, but is differentiated as it complements the limitations of predecessors. First, the analysis was took on social welfare facilities which is in a great demand due to the growth of aged population, rather than the typical urban facilities. Second, we improved the exactitude and effectiveness of the results by using diversified location influencers for locationing and building-level data for overlay analysis,.
