Our country has executed welfare housing policy since 1980 to make residing stability and improve the residing level by supplying houses to nonhouseholders. But as a result of accelerated industrialization and nuclearfamilization, serious lack of housing prevent national housing welfare in cities except rural communities. More disparity in total supply and demand and income level results in worse nonhouseholders' residing level. So this study aimed to explore the improvement for the problems of the deteriorated communities appeared in the course of civilization and in the characteristic of modern society, through literatures and case studies. Therefore the improvement methods of Redevelopment of the Deteriorated House are presented as follows :ieirst, the law of housing redevelopment must be rearranged or established to reunite the redevelopment and reconstruction procedures which are now applied by the provisions of other laws. Second, the circulatory redevelopment method should be introduced to establish the efficient housing policy. Third, the condition of designation to the redevelopment district must be expressed clearly in the concerned law.ieourth, it is necessary to give the association's members the priority in subdivision of house. In addition, It is useful to give hirers the opportunity to get the same option as that of the association's members in order to ensure the residential rights of hirers, and government should support the financial aid for construction the tenement house. Also, it is necessary to diversify housing supply size according to association's members' capacities. Redevelopment project operation procedures are to be simplified. And it has to develop and distribute standard example forms of various administrative forms and computer programs.
