정규직과 비정규직 간 임금 및 직무만족도 차이 분석

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 한국노동패널 9차년도 자료를 이용하여 정규직과 비정규직과의 임금 및 직무만족도 차이를 분석하는 것이 주 내용이다. 표본 수는 4.269명 중인데 이 중에서 정규직이 69.3%, 비정규직이 30.7%이고, 비정규직의 평균임금은 정규직의 55% 수준이었다. 분석한 내용은 비정규직 선택함수와 소득결정함수, 소득격차의 요인 분해, 그리고 복지수준과 직무만족도 차이 등이다. Heckman의 2단계 회귀분석 모형에 의해 비정규직 선택함수와 소득결정함수를 추정하면 정규직, 비정규직 선택에 표본선택편의는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 정규직과 비정규직과의 임금격차에 대해 요인분해를 하면 임금격차의 52.7%는 개인 속성의 차이에 의한 것이고 나머지 47.3%는 차별에 의한 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 직무만족도에 관한 10개 문항에 5점 만점으로 점수를 내면 모든 항목에서 비정규직이 정규직보다 점수가 낮고, 그 차이가 1% 수준에서 유의성이 있었다. 이와 함께 순서프로빗 모형을 이용하여 직무만족도 결정함수를 추정하여 정규직과 비정규직과의 직무만족도 차이를 분석하였다.

영문 초록

The major content of this study is to analyze the differences in wage and job satisfaction between regular and non-regular workers by using the 9th year Korean Labor and Income Panel Study data. The number of sample is 4.269 of which 69.3% are regular workers and 30.7% non-regular workers. Average wage level of non-regular workers is 55% of that of regular workers. This paper implemented several analyses about choice function and income determination function of non-regular worker, factor decomposition of wage differentials, and differences in welfare and job satisfaction. Heckman's two-stage regression model is used to estimate the choice function and income determination function for non-regular workers, and sample selection bias is not found. Factor decomposition of income differentials showed that 52.7% of the differential is explained by personal characteristics but the remaining 47.3% is attributable to discrimination. Job satisfaction level for non-regular workers is also lower than that for regular workers with 1% significance level. In addition, job satisfaction determination function is estimated to analyze differences in job satisfaction between regular and non-regular workers using ordered probit model.
