국문 초록

SCM(Supply Chain Management)을 도입하기 위해서는 SCM을 구성하는 활동들이 이루어져야 한다. 하지만 이 활동들을 수행하는 데에 시간, 자원 환경 등의 제약이 있기 때문에 모두 한꺼번에 수행하는 것은 무리이다. 그러므로 활동들 간의 상대적 중요도를 고려하여 중요한 것부터 장기적이고 단계적으로 추진할 수 있는 계획을 수립 할 수 있으며, 또 기업이나 산업의 특성에 비추어 반드시 필요하지 않거나 중요하지 않은 것으로 판단되는 활동에 대해서는 우선순위에서 제외시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 핵심 산업인 자동차, 전자제품 등을 포함한 보다 다양한 분야의 SCM 실무자들을 통해 SCM활동요소를 재정립하고, SCM 활동에 대한 상대적 중요도 평가를 실시하였다. SCM 활동을 제품생산역량강화를 위한 활동과, 정보시스템 인프라 구축을 위한 활동, 기업간 협업을 위한 활동, SCM활성화를 위한 활동으로 요인을 구분하였으며, 하위단계의 활동들이 상위단계의 활동들에 포함되는지 확인하기 위하여 요인분석을 사용하였다. 그리고 이들의 상대적 중요성은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법에 의해서 평가되었다.

영문 초록

To systematize the Supply chain management, several activity factors should be fulfilled. However, every factors can't be fulfilled once because available resources of companies are limited. Therefore the plan which can fulfill step-by-step should be made based on the degree of importance about activity factors and according to environment of companies or type of business, standard of relative importance of activity factors should be made differently. So what kind of activity factors are appeared more importantly in the domestic manufacturing industry which has a lot of difficulty because of high distribution cost and inefficient distribution systems would be studied through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) in this paper. SCM activity factors were comprised of 'efficiency improvement of production of companies', 'the foundation of information systems construction', 'an organizational effort of companies for promotion of SCM', 'the relationship construction between suppliers and buyers', and study is stratified using factor analysis to confirm whether low level activities is ordinated to high level activities or not. The relative importance among SCM activities is evaluated by AHP on the model.
