영문 초록

This study was conducted to ascertain how the application of heat generating solution(HGS) works on obesity treatment, in which the HGS application was used with exercise therapy and thermotherapy. The experiment was classified into four groups: exercise therapy, thermotherapy, exercise therapy plus HGS and thermotherapy plus HGS. The total experimental period was 4 weeks in which three times a week for one hour each day(total 12 hours), To find out the effect of pre- and post-application, Inbody 3.0, was used to measure body fat amount and abdominal fat rate. The thermotherapy with HGS group showed the highest decrease in body fat amount, followed by the exercise therapy with HGS, thermotherapy, and exercise groups in order. The HGS application group decreased twice as much as the non-HGS application group in abdominal fat rate. The HGS resulted in decrease of body fat amount and abdominal fat rate. Therefore, it seems that HGS works on decomposing body fat.
