영문 초록

The paper first analyzes the "independence" of the independent director, the "independence" of the independent director should be all-around. The basic value of the independent director system mainly lies in its nature of "independence". Then the paper probes into the delimitation about the "independence" of the independent director in China and the "independence" ensurance of the independent director in listed company in China. In the end the paper discusses the status quo of the "independence" of the independent director in China and delves into some measures to enhance the "independence" of the independent director in China.
