1. CONTENTS (1)RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The objective of this study is to embody the importance of real estate ethics in professionals, through the research of real estate ethics in view of ethics. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review. Domestic and overseas materials such as paper, books, etc. are used. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Job ethics of professionals and real estate ethics are very important. When finding the characteristics and nature of real estate. Because real estate professional vase their merits on specialization, citizen's confidence and business service to make a big contribution to establish real estate transactions. 2. RESULTS The objective of this study is to embody the importance of real estate ethics in professionals, through the research of real estate ethics in view of ethics. As a result, Job ethics of professionals and real estate ethics are very important, When finding the characteristics and nature of real estate. Because real estate professional vase their merits on specialization, citizen's confidence and business service to make a big contribution to establish real estate transactions.
