영문 초록

the 21th century is a new economy time with the foundations of digital and gene technology and the characters of information and biological revolution. The key of gaining the enterprisesustainable development is in with the times, and promote the innovation of technology, product, management, organization and culture, especially advance the rationalization of the important policy making .Nowadays, there are so many Chinese private enterprisers lack of proper idea, and belief in themselves only and institute the individual decision. It is one of the major causes of the enterprise dieing young. The article analyses the harmfulness and root of the individual decision and puts forword the way for realizing the scientific decision.
