국문 초록

  이 논문은 홀리스틱 교육에서 배려를 적용하고, 그에 따른 효과에 대해 검토한 연구이다. 이를 위해 배려와 홀리스틱 교육과의 관계를 먼저 이해했고, 다음은 홀리스틱 교육에서 배려 실천을 논의했다. 홀리스틱 교육에서 배려는 학교현장에서 여성적 관점과 남성적 관점의 조화ㆍ균형을 이루게 하며, 상대방의 필요와 바람을 중시하는 치유의 패러다임을 촉진한다. 홀리스틱 교육을 실천함에 있어서 양성평등의 리더십인 배려는 개인과 조직이 원하는 비전과 목표를 실현시키고 변화를 일으키는 힘으로 기능한다. 배려는 홀리스틱 교육의 목적인 행복을 창출하는 데 시너지 효과를 일으킬 것으로 기대된다. 홀리스틱 교육에서 배려에 따른 종교？예술？문학 등의 경험적 활동들은 관계성을 증진한다. 또한 건강ㆍ여가ㆍ봉사 등을 학습, 실천하며 매력ㆍ영성 등을 증진하는 배려 활동들은 홀리스틱 교육의 효과성을 높여 준다. 그리고 지식을 공유하고 네트워킹을 지원하며 유연하게 조직의 재구조화를 지향하는 일은 홀리스틱 교육에서 배려를 정립하고 확산하는 적절한 방법이다. 홀리스틱 교육에서의 배려는 학교를 가정처럼 행복한 곳으로 만드는 데 한층 기여하는 적절한 과정과 방법이라는 점이다.

영문 초록

  The emphasis of caring can make to promote the paradigm of healing considered the needs and wants of members in holistic education. And Caring as feminine leadership with moderation that is the gentle power to change the world can actualize effectively the vision and purpose that the individual and the organization expect in the practice of holistic education. Also it is anticipated that caring will raise the synergy’s effect in order to make the happiness that is the aim of schooling. I think every member of holistic schools to go toward and apply caring prefer joy and fun that are factors of happiness to rule and duty. I believe caring promotes collaboration than competition, active than passive, fusion than segregation, concretion than abstraction in holistic education. I propose that holistic education of future is connected with the spread of caring above all. The capacity of caring is acquired by the experience of collaborative activity to improve the grace and the spirituality connected with religion, art, literature, service, leisure, health. And to share the knowledge, to support networking, and to reconstruct the system flexibly is the proper method to maintain and diffuse the caring in holistic school. In short, especially by the application of the caring we can form and create the school as the happy place of joy and fun like home in holistic education.
