영문 초록

  The obligative policy of small housing construction rebuilding makes rebuilding business shrank down. And until now the capital area in excess of demands, it must be pressure of making high prices with decreasing housing supply.
  As we can see in case of the permission of selling management in SeoCho-Gu and the disturbing private ownership in a democratic society, it occurs the antagonism of union members in rebuilding business continuously. Also it makes them decline the trust for the policy of this government.
  The housing policy has to be completely analyzed how much it influence to the housing market and the macroscopic economic environment. Be prepared with more effective housing policies in long-term plans systematically.
  Then the impact of housing market and companies will be grown down.
  Not just avoid urgent situations, approach more fundamental senses for increasing twofold of effect.
