영문 초록

  Contemporary society was developed in scientific technology which was changed in the social structure of information-knowledge and integrated information. In contemporary society, Digital technology is applied to various field and wide sphere which is applied from planning and design to constructing management in architectural field.
  In architectural field, Change based on digital technology is occurred on various aspects like to efficiency, precision, functional expansion, etc, on account of adopting digital space in physical space beyond a limit of physical space previously. These change is occurred on the field of housings, which digital technology is studied and developed positively from 1991.
  Therefore, This thesis is investigated on functional changes, spatial and functional characteristics, which is analyzed into the functional hierarchy based on human behavior.
