영문 초록

  Real estate development, as the body of thesis mentioned, have to get through many procedures : however, prior to the implement, planning a development and setting up detail plans are much more important than others. Therefore, we can figure out that developers are required to investigate business plans in a preparing phrase and business possibilities. Then, they should have the ability of prediction on market and community situations in the foreseeable future. These abilities are surely one of the vital factors for a successful business. Hence, a developer as an expert can predict the future ; then, according to this, he/she might be able to reflex changes of development situations, revise, add, and finally improve the outcome of real estate development.
