대학생의 스트레스와 음주특성 및 문제행동과의 관계 - 제주지역을 중심으로

국문 초록

  본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 경험하는 스트레스와 음주특성 그리고 음주 후 문제 행동과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상은 제주지역의 대학생 395명이였으며, 통계분석은 SPSS/Win 12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 증다회귀분석 등의 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 스트레스 요인에서는 남학생보다 여학생이 느끼는 수준이 모두 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 음주특성의 음주빈도, 음주량, 음주효과기대에서는 여학생보다 남학생의 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 음주특성에는 성별, 학업진로문제, 경제문제 스트레스 등이 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났으나, 음주 후 문제행동에는 스트레스 요인은 영향을 마치지 않았으며, 음주특성 중 음주빈도와 음주량이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 음주가 비행 및 범죄로 발전되기 이전에 음주문제예방에 대한 제언과 함께 추후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to examine the relations of stress, drinking trait, and problem behavior after drinking among the college students. The sample size of this study are 395 students in Jeju, the collected data has been analysed by frequency analysis, t-test, multiple regression analysis etc using the SPSS/Win 12.0 program. The results of this study are as following. The stress perceived by female college students was higher than that of male college student. However, level of frequency, quantity and effect expectancy of drinking of male college students was higher than that of female students. The stress factors did not influence on problem behavior after drinking, but frequency and quantity of drinking among drinking trait have a positive effect on problem behavior after drinking. Based on the results of this study, the author suggested some drinking problems or delinquency preventive program based on the results and added further study tasks.
