회귀모형을 사용한 납기일 할당기법에 대한 분석

국문 초록

  본 연구에서는 납기일 할당을 위한 작업흐름시간 예측방법으로 시뮬레이션에 의한 선형회귀모형을 사용하였다. 조립주문생산공정에 있어서 작업특성 및 작업장 상황을 고려하여 작업흐름시간을 정확히 추정하는 것이 중요하며 이는 곧 납기일 할당을 결정한다. 합리적인 납기일 할당은 고객서비스 향상과 기업 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치므로 전략적인 면에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 본 연구에서는 4가지 납기일 할당기법의 성과를 작업장 복잡도를 90%로 하여 5가지 작업배정규칙과 2가지 제품구조 하에서 6가지 성과척도로 분석하였다. 작업배정규칙과 제품구조의 상호작용에 대한 납기일 할당기법의 성과, 작업배정규칙에 따른 납기일 할당기법의 성과 그리고 제품구조에 따른 납기일 할당기업의 성과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이며, 작업특성과 작업장 특성이 모두 반영된 납기일 할당기법이 더 나은 성과를 보였다. 즉, 정확한 납기일을 할당을 위해서는 작업특성과 작업장 상태를 모두 고려해야해야 하며, 작업특성요인과 작업장 상태요인의 단순한 결합보다는 회귀모형을 이용하는 것이 성과를 더욱 개선시킬 수 있을 것이다. 결론적으로, 작업장에서 이용하고 있는 작업배정규칙이나 주문에 의한 제품구조에 따라 납기일 할당기법의 성과가 다르기 때문에, 생산 계획 및 통제에 있어서 생산 환경에 맞으면서 최적의 성과를 보이는 납기일 할당기법과 작업배정규칙을 선택하는 것이 중요하다 하겠다.

영문 초록

  One of the important problems in production scheduling is setting and meeting attainable due dates for arriving orders. To satisfy various customer"s needs, it is important to assign due dates properly on the orders.
  Before assigning due dates for arriving orders, job flowtime should be estimated exactly. A linear regression model based on simulation is built as the estimation method of the job flowtime.
  The purpose of this study is to compare the performances of regression-based due date assignment methods in assembly job shop under different dispatching rules and product structures, and to analyze the influence of dispatching rules and job structures on the performance of due date assignment methods.
  The followings are the results of this study.
  Regression-based due date assigned TWK+NOP+WINS is proved to be better in a mean earliness(ME) performance measure under EDD dispatching rule and product structure having 3 parts. Due date assigned by linear model TWK+WINS is also proved to be better in a percentage tardiness(%T) performance measure under ORIB dispatching rule.
  It can be also found that EDD and FCFS among the dispatching rules tested perform well in the every performance measure except the %T in which ORIB an SPT perform well in the almost every due date assignment methods and product structures.
