유아성폭력 예방교육의 현황 및 방향에 대한 보육교사의 인식 - 부산ㆍ경남지역을 중심으로

국문 초록
본 연구는 현재 부산？경남지역 보육시설 현장에서 유아성폭력 예방교육의 실시여부, 실시방법 및 내용에 대한 현황과 실시방향에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 살펴보고 앞으로 유아성폭력 예방교육이 교육현장에서 활성화될 수 있도록 방향과 방법을 모색하고 문제점을 파악하는데 목적을 둔다. 또한, 국가적 차원에서 유아성폭력 예방교육이 체계적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 제도적 장치를 마련하며 유아교육 관계자들에게 유아성폭력 예방교육에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
본 연구는 2004년 8월 20일부터 9월 30일까지 부산？경남지역 100개 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 400명에게 실시하였다. 조사대상자의 일반적인 특성 및 유아성폭력 예방교육의 현황 및 실시방향에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 교차분석, 실증분석은 모두 유의수준 p＜.05에서 검증하였으며, 통계처리는 SPSSWIN 11.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다.
본 연구의 연구과제를 중심으로 분석된 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
1. 유아성폭력 예방교육의 현황
유아성폭력 예방교육의 실시 실태에 대한 조사결과는 전체의 66.4%가 유아에게 교육을 실시한다고 응답을 했으며 보육경력과 연령에 따라 유의한 차이를 보이고 있는데 보육경력에서는 3년 이상이 70%이상 유아성폭력 예방교육을 실시하고 있으며 연령에서는 보육교사의 연령이 높을수록 유아성폭력 예방교육을 실시했다는 응답이 높게 나타났다.
성폭력예방교육을 실시하고 있다면 주로 어떤 경우에 실시하는지에 대한 조사결과는 연관되는 주제에 따라 부분적으로가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 보육교사 양성과정을 수료한 교사는 연간계획에 따라 주제를 설정하여가 47.4%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 한편, 유아성폭력 예방교육을 실시하고 있지 않다면 그 이유는 무엇 때문인가에 대해서는 전체 보육교사 중 39.6%가 교육관련 자료가 충분하지 못하기 때문이라고 가장 많이 응답을 했으며 보육경력에 유의한 차이를 나타내고 있다.
2. 유아성폭력 예방교육 실시 방향
보육교사들의 유아성폭력 예방교육이 필요한가에 대한 인식을 살펴본 결과 99.0%의 대다수 보육교사들이 유아성？력 예방교육이 필요하다는 응답을 했다. 유아성폭력 예방교육이 필요한 이유에 대해서는 올바른 성문화 및 성가치관 확립을 위해서이며 유아성폭력 예방교육이 필요하지 않은 이유로는 유아들이 이해하지 못하기 때문에 등으로 나타났다.
유아성폭력의 개념에 대해서는 정서, 인지, 성숙적 발달이 미흡한 유아에게 강요된 성적행위로 실제적인 신체접촉을 포함하는 것을 말한다가 42.0%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 유아성폭력의 유형에 대해 살펴보면 손가락, 성기, 물건 등을 유아의 질이나 항문에 넣는 행위의 경우에는 매우 관계있음이 93.0%로 가장 높게 응답했다.
유아성폭력 예방교육은 언제부터 실시하는 것이 적당한가에 대한 교사의 인식을 조사한 결과를 보면 만 4세-5세에 교육을 실시하면 좋겠다는 응답이 81.4%로 가장 많이 나타났으며, 유아성폭력 예방교육은 누가 담당하는 것이 바람직한가에 대한 설문에서는 교사와 부모가 교육을 담당해야 한다에 가장 많이 응답을 했다. 유아성폭력 예방교육을 전문가가 담당한다면 누구라고 생각하는지에 대한 질문에서는 성교육강사가 가장 많았으며, 상담사순으로 나타났다.

The research which it sees currently to observe the recognition of the nurture teacher against the present condition regarding the execution yes or no, an execution method and a contents of infant sexual assault prevention education from Pusan?Kyongsang-Namdo area nurture facility site and an execution direction in the future reporting the infant sexual assault prevention education could be activated from education site in order, it gropes a direction and a method and grasps a problem point the place objective which it puts. Also, the possibility the infant sexual assault prevention education becoming accomplished system from national dimension in order to be, the fundamental data about an infant sexual assault prevention education to the in fant education officials and it prepares a system and to sleep it provides it does.
The research which it sees from 2004 August 20th until September 30th Pusan?100 Kyongsang-Namdo areas executed in teacher 400 person which works in the young this house. In order to examine the recognition of the nurture teacher against the present condition and an execution direction of general quality and infant sexual assault prevention education of the investigation object person frequency analysis (frequency analysis), range analysis and actual proof analysis all level of significance p＜.05.
1. The investigation result regarding the execution actual condition of present condition infant sexual assault
