중국 초등학교 교육계획서에 나타난 특성 분석 - 산동성 영성시를 중심으로

국문 초록

  최근　들어 중국과 한국간 교류가 급속히 확대되고 있으며 중국이 한국에 미치는 영향은 전 분야에 있어서 광범위하게 전개되고 있다. 이 연구는 이처럼 우리 사회의 전 분야에 광범위한 영향을 미치고 있는 중국을 이해할 목적으로 시도된 것이다. 이를 위하여 중국의 학교교육계획서에 대한 분석을 통해서 중국의 교육이 지니고 있는 특성을 이해하고자 하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 현지방문을 통한 관찰 및 면접, 그리고 문헌분석을 사용하였으며, 연구대상은 중국 산동성 Y시 관내의 초등학교를 대상으로 하였다.
  연구에 따르면, 중국의 학교교육계획서는 등소평 교육이론과 강택민의「‘삼개대표’ 중요사상(三個代表 重要思想), 여시구진(與時俱進), ‘십일오’ 기간 교육개혁(十一五期間敎育改革)」을 주제로 하는 등 정치성이 강한 것을 알 수 있다. 정치적 성격이 강한 반면, 교육계획서의 내용은 구체성이 약하고 형식성이 강조되는 경향을 보이고 있으며, 체제에서는 상하위목표간 체계나 연계성이 그다지 중시되지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국의 학교교육계획서는 교육과정의 실현을 강조하는 반면, 중국의 경우는 교육 내용 보다는 교사의 행동이나 학교ㆍ학급운영에 더 강조점을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

  As China broadened its contacts with Korea, these ties changed enormous fields of Korea recently. The purpose of this study was to understand China which affects the future of the Korea broadly. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the characteristics in Chinese Elementary School Education Plans were analyzed by observation, interview, analysis of the documents. This study is focused on one Elementary school in Y-City, Shandong Province.
  It is very political that Chinese Education Plans which is based on "the Educational theories of Deng Xiaoping,「The three important policies of the Jiang Zemin, strategic partnership for both, a reform of the educational system of "Period in Ten-one-five".」On the other hand, the contents of the Chinese Education Plans are not taking a concrete vision but taking a formality. Additionally, there is no organization or relation between the upper and the lower aims in the system of the curriculum. In contrast, Korean Education Plans are more focused on the performance of the curriculum than Chinese Education Plans, which are focused on the behavior of the teachers and the management of classes and schools.
