인지적 도제학습이 메타인지와 학습태도에 미치는 영향 - 초등학교 음악수업을 중심으로

국문 초록

  현재의 학교 교육은 다인수 학급 상황에서 교사를 중심으로 한 지식 암기 위주의 교육이 주로 이루어지고 있어 현대 사회가 요구하는 고도의 창의력과 사고력을 신장시킬 수 없을 뿐 아니라 생활 사태와 유리된 상황에서 습득된 지식은 실생활에 적용하기 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 대안으로 급부상한 구성주의 학습 이론 중인지적 도제학습은 현재 교육 상황에 큰 변화와 부담 없이 적용 가능한 학습 방법이며, 교사 및 동료 학생과의 상호작용을 통해 실생활에 바탕을 둔 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 학습자의 메타인지 능력 및 학습태도가 강조된다. 본 연구는 초등학교 음악과에 적용 가능한 인지적 도제학습 모형을 개발하고 수업에 적용하여 실제 학습자의 메타인지 및 학습태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 알아보고자 초등학교 5학년 64명을 대상으로 8주간의 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 인지적 도제학습이 학습자의 메타인지 및 학습태도에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

  nowaday"s education in school is usually achieved by rote learning of knowledge in a circumstance of many students with one teacher. Hence, not only high level of creativeness and thinking faculty cannot be gained, but also knowledge acquired in isolated situation from daily life has a serious problem of not being applied to real life. As a solution for this problem, constructivism is rapidly rising, so that in education field, research about proper learning activities and development of constructivism learning model on each subject is advancing vigorously. Cognitive apprenticeship among constructivism learning theory is an applicable method, without any burden or enormous change in present education situation, it has different levels of learners studying in same class. Also, by interactions with teachers and colleagues, learner"s metacognition and learning attitude is emphasized in the process of solving problems based on real life.
  This study practiced 8 weeks of experiment targeting 64 students of 5th grade to investigate what influence does application of cognitive apprenticeship model, developed by the author, which is applicable to elementary school"s music, does to actual learner"s metacognition and learning attitude. The result showed that cognitive apprenticeship has positive effect on learner"s metacognition and learning attitude.
