영문 초록

  The purpose of study was to find out the effective psychological coaching points for peak performance in the boxing by analyzing the level of competitive state anxiety of boxers.
  Subjects were ninety-nine Boxers over high school were served as sujects for the test.
  The test papers used here were developed by B.K. Lee and B.M. Min in 1990 for Korean.
  It was constited 21 items of 5 factors. The data was analyzed Statistically thru one way ANOVA according to the subject"s age, weight, Boxing carer (years), motor performance level.
  Result were as follows;
  1. The factor of the competitive state anxiety according to the age was significant in a 3 factors (comfactors(complaints about the physical condition, confliction of team composers, lack of confidence). The level of competitive state anxiety in the over 20 years aged was the highest.
  2. The main causes of competitive anxiety of all Boxers were mental burden about the expectancy of supporter and lack of confidence, fear about failure.
  3. The competitive state anxiety according to the weights of Boxing was significant in 4 factors (complaints, about the physical condition, anxiety of unjust decision of judger"s confliction of team composers, absense of self confidence).
  4. The competitive state anxiety according to the years of Boxing career was significant in 5 factors. In the level of state anxiety, the level of the group whose career was over 8 years was the highest and got lowered in the 5-7 years career group and under 4 years career group in that order.
  5. The competitive state anxiety according to the boxing ability, excellent Boxer"s higher than average Boxer"s.
