영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to investigate the present state on the physical fitness of the secondary school teachers by the existence of exercise, and the test of physical fitness was measured according to the "The Way of Measure the Adults Physical fitness" by the Ministry of Sports.
  The results of this study are as follows:
  The 24 age below group of male teachers obtained the best record on the standing broad jump and trunk flexion in sitting position, and the 25-29 age group obtained the best record on the 1200 meters running and push-up. The female teachers" were obtained the best record the 25-29 age group on 1200 meters running, and 24 age below group on standing broad jump, trunk flexion in sitting position, and push-up.
  2. It is shown that the male teacher 68.85% of secondary school exercised in ordinary days, and the age group over 40 have a high interest in the exercise.
  3. It is shown that the relation between physical fitness and existence of exercise by each age group was very good, but the relation between working region and existence of exercise by each age group was not so good.
  4. The percentage on the male teachers" physical fitnees grade is shown that the 1st grade was 24.6%, the 2nd grade 31.4%, the 3rd grade 23.6%, the 4th grade 14.9%, and the 5th grade 5.3%, and the female teachers the 1st grade 5.8%, the 2nd grade 18.5%, the 3rd grade 30.2%, the 4th grade 26.3%, and the 5th grade 18.8%.
