영문 초록
A research on developing a safety inspection and maintenance manual for gravity-type port structures has been rigorously carried out based on the literature review on the inspection manuals of foreign countries and the field data obtained from local port authorities in Korea. In the paper, the baseline concepts of the inspection and maintenance of gravity-type port structures are introduced, and the inspection procedure and the methodology of condition assessment are summarized. Through sample examples, the step-by-step procedure of inspection and condition assessment are illustrated.
