국문 초록

  공급자간의 연결망을 관리하는 문제는 많은 요소들을 고려하여 관리하여야 한다. 이러한 여러 요소들을 고려하여 최적의 공급자 망을 설계하는 것은 공급체인 망의 중요한 성공요인에 결부된다는 점에서 매우 신중하여야 한다. 공급자 또는 생산자들을 선택하는 문제에 대한 논문이 많이 연구되고 발표되어 왔다. 그러나 고려 요소들간의 상호연관성 또는 의존성을 고려한 연구는 아직 미비하다.
  본 논문에서는 공급자 망을 위한 공급자 또는 생산자들을 선정하여 공급체인망을 구성하는데 있어서 선정 기준들간의 상호의존성 또는 연관성을 고려한 모델을 제시하고 있다. 과거의 전통적인 다기준의사결정 기법을 토대로 Saaty의 9점 척도를 바탕으로 하여 전문가들간의 상호의견교환을 거처서 계량화할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 모델은 최적의 선정을 위한 정수계획법으로 표현하여 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

  Prior research for supplier chain design problem does not reflect interdependencies among criteria and candidate suppliers. To consider supplier interdependent property provides valuable cost savings and greater benefits to organizations.
  This paper proposes a strategic production-distribution model for supply chain design under considering the interdependency factor. There are a lot of logical constraints in the supplier chain management (SCM), especially logical constraints are used to represent bills of materials (BOM) and the associated relationships among the main entities of a supply chain such as suppliers, products, and distribution centers.
  We show how these relationships are formulated as logical constraints in a Zero One Goal Programming (ZOGP) model.
