1:1,000 대축척 수치지형도의 기준좌표계 변환사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 1:1,000 이상 대축척 수치지형도의 기준좌표계 변환에 사용될 적합한 방안의 결정을 위한 실험연구이다. 변환 기준점의 선정 방안, 변환 모델의 선정 방안, 변환 매개개변수의 적용 범위, 지역별 변환 작업 후 발생하는 도면 인접 불인치 문제의 해결 방안 등을 결정하고자 하였으며, 연구결과의 적용을 위하여 범용 변환 툴을 개발하였다. 연구결과 지역별로 변환 매개변수를 계산하여 사용하되 변환 모델로는 7매개변수를 이용하는 3차원 등각변환 모델 혹은 4 매개변수를 이용하는 2차원 등각변환 모델을 사용하고 수치지형도의 제작 당시에 사용된 항공사진측량용 지상기준점(이하 항측기준점)측량 데이터를 재처리하여 변환 기준점으로 사용할 경우 변환 오차가 수 ㎝ 이내인 매우 정밀한 변환이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 지역별로 계산된 매개변수의 사용으로 인하여 발생하는, 지역 인접부분에서의 인접 불일치 오차는 그 크기가 1:1,000 수치지형도의 허용 도화 오차 수준이었으며, 인력을 이용한 직접 수정 방법 혹은 소프트웨어적인 자동 수정 알고리즘의 구현을 통한 수정방법을 사용하여 수정할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is on the finding proper methods for the datum transformation of a large-scale digital topographic map of which scale is over 1 to 1,000. The study is consists of several parts, selecting proper type of transformation control points and model, computing area adequate for a set of transformation parameters, and finding the solution for the problem of vector entities' not joining on the adjacent sides of each transformed maps. We developed a general-purpose software for the transformation of digital topographic maps, to test the methods found in this study. As a result of the study, We have found that it is possible to transform the digital maps only with the errors of few centimeters by using the transformation parameters of which model is 2D or 3D conformal transformation and control points are the ground control points of photogrammetric surveying which was done for the generating maps, the target of transformation. The amount of the errors of not joining at the adjacent sides of each maps was similar with the allowable plotting errors of digital topographic map of 1 to 1,000 scale and could be corrected by manual editing or automatic correcting method.
