영문 초록

It is necessary to deal with several legal issues on the use of digital contents for protecting consumer right in the area of e-business. The essential process in the electronic commerce is electronic payment system. Also we can indemnify users right by making rights, duties and liabilities about electronic payment system more explicit. When doing business it is more demanding trustworthiness of e-business. So this paper deals with several legal issues including cooling off system, electronic payment by on line credit card in the Electronic Commerce Consummer Protection Act. When consumers are informed of goods and undertakes in e-business, liabilities of e-business are secured. Internet is basically autonomous. In e-business, we can protect e-business consumer s right with various methods like that activate self-regulation and authentication mark system, etc. Especially, we set the standard for endow authentication mark that take out an Internet shopping-mall insurance policy e-business enterprise.
