1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The principles of real estate appraisal are the most fundamental sectors among appraisal theories. Appraisal methods are things to make clear the price is formed by what kind of process. By the way, basic discussions how to form the methods of real estate appraisal were, till now, in short. The necessity to unfold these discussions has a great significance. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Traditional discussions were mainly those borrowed from the achievements of economics history. The theories of the classicists, the marginal utility school, the neoclassical school etc. were being explained as if they were practically the principles of real estate appraisal. But the logicality of these explanations was always carelessly and insufficient. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS We should try in order to develop the principles of real estate appraisal to establish the logicality and to make a deductive inference possible. 2. RESULTS The methods of real estate appraisal are those which borrowed from the psychology development process of human being and embodied self-maturity process. Those are the arithmetic expressions which psychological situations are being developed. As approaching the methods of real estate appraisal like this, the appraisal principles can be set up on the logical foundation. We can build up it's principle naturally when we explain the methods of real estate appraisal as typing the development process of human psychology. 3. KEY WORLDS the principle of real estate appraisal, achievements of economics history, a deductive inference possible, human psychology.
