영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present the bench marking implications in introduction and implementation of environmental management system for Korean companies. Through international trends and case study of Matsushita Electric and Samsung Electronics's environmental management system, it is examined in detail how leading companies in electric and electronic industries have coped with problem company wide. The results of this study will be helpful to establish the environmental management system for Korean companies.
