영문 초록

The persuasive hypothesis of the reasons that do not occur visibly the effect of information technology investment is not to measure the effect of information properly. To put it differently, the effect of informatization occurs in Quantitative and Qualitative sides simultaneously, but the previous studies can't measure the Qualitative effect of informatization. In order to present valuation methods for estimating the Qualitative effect of informatization, we explain the hedonic price model and CVM theoretically. Furthermore, we analyse valuation measurement problem of the effect of informatization through the case studies.
