암 생존자에서 라이프스타일 중재 프로그램에 대한 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구에서는 문헌 고찰을 통해 암 생존자를 대상으로 라이프스타일 중재의 특성에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구방법 : Pubmed, Embase를 사용하여 2014년 1월부터 2023년 12월까지 출판된 논문을 검색하였다. 주요 검색어는 (“cancer survivor” OR “cancer survivors” OR “Survivors of Cancer” or “cancer survivorship”) AND (“lifestyle intervention” OR “Lifestyle”) AND (“randomized controlled trial”)를 사용하였고 총 529편 검색 중 최종 9편의 국외 논문을 선정했다. Hierarchy of levels of evidence for evidence-based practice, Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro)를 통해 연구의 질을 평가하였다. 연구의 분석 내용을 제시하기 위해 Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome (PICO)을 사용하였다. 결과 : 선정된 9편의 연구는 PEDro scale을 통해 평균 6.33점을 받아 방법론적으로 양호했으며, 주로 유방암을 포함한 다양한 암 환자들에게 신체 활동, 건강한 식생활, 생활 습관 개선을 목적으로 한 라이프스타일 중재 프로그램을 제공했다. 중재 결과는 주로 환자들의 건강 상태와 생활 습관 변화를 평가하는데 초점을 맞췄다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 암 생존자들을 대상으로 한 라이프스타일 중재 프로그램 중재의 적용과 그 대상자와 연극 결과에 관해 확인하였다. 이는 암 생존자들에 대한 중재 프로그램 개발 및 적용을 위한 정보 제공 및 근거를 마련하였다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study analyzed the features of lifestyle interventions tailored for cancer survivors through a literature review. Methods : This study scouted PubMed and Embase databases for the period January 2014 to December 2023. The key search terms were (“cancer survivor” OR “survivors of cancer” OR “cancer survivorship”) AND (“lifestyle intervention” OR “lifestyle”) AND (“randomized controlled trial”). A total of 529 articles were searched, and nine studies were ultimately selected. The quality of these studies was evaluated using the Hierarchy of Levels of Evidence for Evidence-based Practice scale. The PICO framework was used to analyze the data. Results : The nine studies selected were methodologically robust, with an average score of 6.33 on the PEDro scale. They presented lifestyle intervention programs aimed at improving physical activity, promoting healthy dietary habits, and fostering lifestyle improvements among patients diagnosed with various cancers, particularly breast cancer. The intervention results mainly focused on assessing the patients' health status and lifestyle changes. Conclusion : This study underscores the potential effectiveness of lifestyle intervention programs tailored for cancer survivors. It provides information on lifestyle interventions, and establishes a basis for the development and implementation of intervention programs for this demographic.
