대학 핵심역량에 기반한 공통 전공역량 도출 및 진단도구 개발 - K 대학교를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 전공에 상관없이 K 대학교 재학생이 갖추어야 할 핵심역량인 현장 실무형 전공역량의 공통 요소를 도출하여 이를 측정할 수 있는 진단도구를 개발하고, 측정 문항의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서 전공역량의 공통 요소 도출을 위한 델파이 조사를 실시하여 예비문항을 도출한 후, 개발된 예비 문항의 양호도를 살펴보기 위해 예비조사 및 본조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 전공기초의 공통요소는 전공기초지식 이해와 데이터 활용능력, 전공전문성의 공통요소는 조사실험설계 및 분석 능력, 실무능력이 최종 도출되었다. 본 조사를 통해 수집된 데이터에 대해 문항 양호도 분석을 실시하여 전공기초 14개, 전공전문성 14개 문항을 최종 선택하여 전공역량 진단도구를 구성하였다. 이 연구를 통해 K 대학교 재학생으로서 갖춰야 할 전공역량의 공통 요소를 도출하고, K 대학교 4대 핵심역량을 동일한 방법으로 진단하여 학생들에게 역량 함양을 위한 정보를 제공하며, 대학 성과지표의 근거를 명확하게 확보했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to derive the common elements of field-based major competencies that are required for all K University students, develop a diagnostic tool to measure them, and confirm the validity and reliability of the measurement questions. A Delphi survey was conducted to define the common elements of the major competencies to derive preliminary questions, and a preliminary and main survey was conducted to examine the quality of the developed questions. The study found that the common elements of basic major abilities were understanding of basic knowledge and data utilization ability, and the common elements of advanced major abilities were research experiment design and analysis ability, and practical ability. Items with high factor loadings were reduced to 14 basic and 14 advanced major ability related questions, and a reliability test was performed. The results of this study make it possible to derive the common elements of major competencies and provide students with information to develop their competencies. In addition, the results can be used to manage the performance indicators of universities effectively.
